Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Traction Loop, operated by Nick Dimitrov (“we”, “us”, or “our”), accessible at gotractionloop.com. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Traction Loop is a SaaS tool that connects to your X (Twitter) account via OAuth, analyses your post history, and surfaces statistically significant patterns to help you publish more effective content. The service also allows you to compose and publish posts to X directly through our interface.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid X account to use the service. By using Traction Loop you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at service@koalanda.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. X API and content

You authorise us to access your X account with the OAuth scopes you grant at sign-in. You retain ownership of all content you create. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your posts. You are solely responsible for any content published through the service and must comply with X’s Terms of Service and Developer Agreement.

You may revoke our X OAuth access at any time through your X account settings. Revoking access will prevent us from fetching new data or publishing on your behalf, but will not automatically delete existing data in our system.

6. Subscription and billing

The Free plan includes one free post per account. The Pro plan is billed at $39 per month and provides unlimited posts and additional features. Billing is processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the findings and signals generated are accurate or will improve your content performance. Traction analysis is probabilistic — past patterns are not a guarantee of future results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
